Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from HexaGo Blink. Please read it carefully before placing your order. If you receive a faulty or unsatisfactory product, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility & Time Limits
Notification and return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. For defective, damaged, or missing items, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos or relevant evidence. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Defective, Lost, or Damaged in Transit
If your order is defective, shows manufacturing faults, or is lost or damaged during shipping, we will, at our discretion: Replace the item (if available); Offer a full refund; or Issue store credit. You must provide proof (photos of damage, delivery confirmation, etc.). HexaGo Blink assumes responsibility for goods until delivery confirmation.
Factory Delay or Production Issues
If the factory cannot fulfil your order, HexaGo Blink will notify you promptly and offer: A full refund, including shipping; or To wait for production completion or choose an alternative product. We're not liable for delays due to factory backlogs, but we make our best efforts to manage expectations.
Change-of-Mind Returns or Installation Failure
Returns for dislike of the product, incorrect installation, or change of mind are not accepted. If an installation issue arises (e.g. you misuse grid setup), our support team may offer guidance, but refunds or exchanges are only given for verified manufacturing defects under our warranty policy.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
For defective or damaged items (HexaGo Blink's fault): we will cover return shipping costs, including providing a return label when feasible. For change-of-mind returns (not accepted), or incorrect customer installation: customer is responsible for return shipment costs. If we approve a return, detailed return instructions will be sent, and the product must be shipped via a trackable method. Please be aware that HexaGo Blink may apply a 15% restocking or refurbishing fee to returned items. Products that are returned without all original parts or packaging, or with damaged packaging, may receive a partial refund. Additionally, customized orders are not eligible for return.
Inspection & Processing Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Store credit or replacement orders are issued promptly once the claim is approved.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping charges may be refunded if the return is due to a valid defect or lost shipment. Non-defective returns will have shipping fees deducted.
Limitation of Liability
HexaGo Blink's maximum liability is limited to the original product order value plus any shipping paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. installation costs). Refunds or replacements for damaged goods require timely reporting and sufficient proof.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Email: Info@blinklighting.net with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable). Include reason (defect, lost in transit, damaged, etc.). Returns must be posted with all required information; HexaGo Blink is not liable until we receive and inspect the return.
