Welcome to HexaGo Blink. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with us and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. HexaGo Blink reserves the right to extend this timeframe without liability.

All orders for our Hexagonal lighting systems are shipped from our facilities in China. We partner with multiple trusted carriers, including GS CARGO, YLT, and Yanwen Express, to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. Customers must ensure correct delivery information at checkout. HexaGo Blink is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. The specific carrier used for your order will be determined based on the destination and package size.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically between 5–10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, unexpected delays with the shipping carrier, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery. For comprehensive tracking information, please visit the third-party tracking website: 17TRACK. HexaGo Blink is not responsible for the information provided on this external site.

Delivery Exceptions & Limits

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, regulatory checks, or force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, HexaGo Blink’s liability is limited to providing available tracking information only—we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Disclaimer of Liability

HexaGo Blink assumes no responsibility for shipping delays, lost packages, or any damages that occur during transit. If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number. Report any damage or loss within 7 days of delivery. Submit evidence (e.g. photos) to Info@blinklighting.net. HexaGo Blink may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, but only to the extent of our liability under applicable consumer laws. Claims filed after 7 days or without proper documentation may be denied. While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, the final delivery is handled by third-party logistics companies. In the event of a shipping issue, we will assist you in contacting the carrier; however, we are not liable for their actions or inactions.
