Definitions

Customer, you: anyone using our website, creating an account, or placing an order. Products: hexagonal lighting systems sold via Hexago Blink.

Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration and payment info. Keep your password and login info secure—you're responsible for all account activity.

How Contracts Are Formed

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order or send a second confirmation email/invoice within two business days.

Pricing, Payment & Currency

All prices shown are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude delivery charges, customs duties, or taxes. Payment is required immediately at checkout. If pre-payment is not received in 10 calendar days, we may cancel the order. We accept payments via approved payment processors—no payment processor will work without a valid UAE trade license.

Delivery, Shipping & Title

We ship from China by GS CARGO, YLT or Yanwen Express, with tracking on 17TRACK. Estimated delivery: 5-10 calendar days; delays may occur. Risk and title transfer to you once goods are handed to the carrier in China. We bear no liability thereafter.

Returns & Refunds

For defective or damaged goods, you must notify us within 3 days and follow our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind or installation-based returns are not permitted. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Warranties & Representations

We warrant that Products meet advertised specifications and are free from manufacturing defects. We do not warrant against improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at the total price paid for the Product and related shipping only.

Product Use & Intellectual Property

Product images, descriptions, and site content are owned or licensed by HexaGo Blink and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish site materials without permission.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our site to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code
• Infringe third-party rights (IP, privacy, defamation, etc.)
• Interfere with or circumvent system security

We may terminate your account and access at our sole discretion for violations.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. Unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration under DIFC–LCIA rules, seated in Dubai, in English.

Force Majeure
